I’ve recently written a very similar post but using the term ‘SEO’ in the title. I was curious to see how renaming this topic to something softer would affect readers.

Honesty time: this is about SEO in a totally beginner-friendly way, but I don’t want the label to put you off! Today I’m going to show you how to make your blog post writing more in line with what Google wants from us all, which will help your content become more discoverable and open up your work to a larger audience.

I am not an ‘SEO wiz kid’ by any means, I’m an author turned marketer. But I have learned a little about SEO, enough to employ some best practices for blog writers myself. So today I’m going to show you a couple of super-simple things that anyone can do to improve their blog and make their posts more discoverable.
